For the past 6 years, Sarvia has been a shining star in the hospitality industry at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Sioux Falls, owned by HEGG. She has excelled in any area and department she has worked in, from laundry to housekeeping and beyond, Sarvia is a testament to the power of hard work and dedication, and is a joy to work with.
What Sarvia loves most about working for HEGG is “everything, not just one specific area. I love being able to learn more”, and you can see this in her day-to-day work in how she goes above and beyond for both our team members and our guests.
When asked what drew her to HEGG, she said the “flexible hours and a good salary”. Being a mom to two young boys, the flexibility in her work schedule allows her to take them to appointments, pick them up from school, as well as being able to attend activities with her children.
