Today, we are excited to introduce you to Jane, who works in our Executive Administration and Office Management Team at HEGG! Jane is dedicated to supporting the different leaders and divisions of our organization. Get to know what Jane enjoys most about her role at HEGG.
Jane started with HEGG 6 months ago and has been a huge help in supporting our different leaders, teams and projects. “No day is the same,” said Jane when asked what her day looks like, and she loves it! From helping with all new hires getting them onboarded and ready for their first day to helping the construction managers with items they may need, to assisting with the employee experience side of things, such as organizing team events and other events for the office, to even helping with brokerage and listings and renewals, there are a lot of moving pieces that go into Executive Administration and Office management, and Jane does an amazing job doing it all.
When we asked Jane what her favorite part of her job is, she says “the people and the culture”, and she lives by the motto our CEO, Paul, shares every day, “1% better every day.” From day one of joining the team at HEGG, Jane felt very welcomed and could tell the culture and people-first mindset were different at HEGG.
